I can't give you thanks for ur immature comments. Modern Management and managerial concept refers to well coordination among divisional activities. UNO is that key person to coordinate functions of different departments, not Zamindars. You know, coordination is the main effort of Modern Management, what you ignored in your immature comments. If every department discharges it's function in its own way, what would be the consequence in development! can u i**ne? Before passing any comment regarding UNO's function and role, u must have to acquire some basic knowledge of managerial concept. So far I can predict, ur comment is the outcome of your personal jealousy. Ya, I do believe that performance may vary in person to person. One can commit wrong, but it is not wise to generalize. So, Mr. Manna, please be positive. Comment gently on other's activity.

The clash between UNO and Upozila Chairmen is that the UNO think they are the landlord (Jamidar) of the upazila but it has been interrupt by the chairmen election. UNO has no his won department work he interfere other department's works. In the upazila level UNO like Senior scale BCS officer exist but no clash occur with them. If UNO not agree to perform his duties the post should abolished to back all department won function.

only a fool can comment like this as mr. manna tells.UNO is the representative of central govt. in upazila. his duty is to co-ordinate govt development programs. various activities of different govt ministries and divisions r implemented n monitored by UNO. If UNO is deputed under upazila parishad it will b a disasterous decision for govt as in fielld level none will be there to co-ordinate govt programs. it will b better to keep UNO outside upazila parishad as representative of central govt. perhaps mr. manna is a dalal who knows the fact but denies the reality.
