But if it is BAL then either you agree or not, it General Zia who created this opportunity for BAL by bringing multi party democracy. So BAL should salute ZIA 100 times logically. But it is unfortunate for our nation that BAL is a party to serve their foreign master not the nation. Do you believe it or not?

Witness you are absolutely correct. The so called revolution of 7 Noverber 1975, Zia doesn't have any contribution to organise and 100% credit or discredit for Cornel Taher. Then where is that acknowledgement from BNP. BNP believes in m.asic or mira.cle without any preparation of back suddenly Zia declares independence then liberation war start without this no liberation war. So all his credit. To organise 7 November revolt Zia doesn't have any contribution but all credit for him. Just see their brain frequency in which way according to them Zia is announcer of Independence in the same way he is the credit holder to organise 7 November revolt. Which way the deny Bangabandhu's credit in the same way the deny Cornel Taher credit or discredit. Zia in the lock up then how he organises 7/11/1975 revolt. They are proud for 7 November but never acknowledge the name of hero. This is the biggest ungrateful incident in the history of mankind. Mostaq is involved to kill Bangabandhu this is the very bad example of betray but Zia's betray against Cornel Taher is thousand times perverted act than that. Cornel Faruq, Roshid gang help Mostaq to kill Bangabandhu to put him in power but after that Mostaq never kills Cornel Faruq gang like Zia to Cornel Taher and Mostaq is organiser of Bangabandhu killing but Zia isn't organiser of 7 November revolt. Mostaq is a betrayer but he never kills Faruq Rashid who put him in power where as Zia kills Cornel Taher who put him power and saves his life. So Zia is bigger saitan than Mostaq.

What do you think lie will save you ultimately? How many lies you will tell just to defend your Zia?
If Taher had to kill Zia, 7th November would be a good opportunity for him. Why didnât he take that opportunity?
Lie will not ultimately save you because, people of this country is not an idiot like you. They have brain to judge the things.
Vulgar and misspelling of names reflects you are lost. So you are hunting the names instead of your logic on your point. Your nature indicates your goodness. Keep it, that would help us to show people this is BNP.
It was not like Sk Mujib who declared himself the King of Bongobondhu desh through one dictator rule BKSAL , it was Ziaur rahman who was rescued by mass people and Army and placed Him in the power . On 7 Nov mass people and army cheered , danced, celebrated the revelation on the streets and people of Bangladesh giving unanimous support to ziaur rahman .
Ziaur Rahman brought the people back to the multiparty democracy from the hell of BKSAL. This is 7 Nov. we salute late president Zia Ur Rahman Bir Bikrom.

Solidarity day is not something BNP should feel proud off. Zia had nothing to do in that day. Col. Taher saved his life. If BNP decides to celebrate the day, they should be thankful to Col. Taher.
BNP never utter Taherâs name who was the real hero of the day. They never commemorate Taher for saving Ziaâs life. What Zia did in that day? He was captive, he was an ordinary man.
This day remind us the real nature of Zia and BNP. Taher saved Zia in return Zia killed Taher. How ungrateful Zia was! In a famous poem poet said âBlow blow the winter wind, thaw heart not so cruel like the manâs ingratitudeâĻ.â Cruel winter wind is not that painful like an ingratitude human being!

Mass people got the information, they had organizer and enough time in hand to be organized and they dare to fight with a regular military which was holding all modern artillery!! Ordinary people attack cantonment -are you sure you are not out of your mind?
Ordinary public received the information and they organized but Brig. Khaled Murarrofâs forces didnât know that ordinary people are attacking cantonment? Do you have any appropriate answer for that?
7th November was completely generated by Col. Taher, his JSD and soldiers loyal to Taher ânot anyone else.
And the real hero Col. Taher was killed by Zia within 8 months since he rescued Zia! The brave cripple warrior was killed in an allegation of treason!

How ?? coz people wanted to get rid of 2 parties. but later people also hated moin u govt for their misrule . Taher was the leader of Gono Mukti fauj (BKSAL). He tried to impliment another comunist rule like BKSAL but he failed. You just see the video footage. How the people welcomed ZIa.

In the 38 year history of Bangladesh,Shaheed President Ziaur Rahman occupies a unique place.
Zia was the only one among the army top brass who was not involved in the conspiracy to kill Sk.Mujib.
As the ornamental Deputy Chief of Army,Zia was given neither any work nor power and was kept under strict surveillance.
He used to spend his time reading newspapers and journals in office.
The insiders in the armed forces, specially the troops, knew these facts.
That was the reason the conspirators like AK Khondokar,Shofiullah,Khaled Mosharraf,Shafat Jamil etc failed to get the rewards they had conspired for.
Mushtaq took cognizance of the facts as well as the sentiments of the troops and junior officers and made Zia the new Army Chief.
AK Khandakar,Shofiullah,Golam Dastgir,Nuruzzaman & co were not happy but were too coward to protest.
They opted for the comfortable way out like getting absorbed into the Foreign Service and spending life in luxury as Ambassadors abroad.
Being innocent of conspiracy to kill Mujib, Zia had the courage of a clean conscience and the support of the troops to assume command of an army in turmoil.
Whatever else he was,Khaled Musharraf was not a coward and he decided to grab what he thought was his due, viz.promotion as Major General and appointment as the Army Chief.
His coup of 3 November 1975 made it clear immediately that he had very little support within the army, cost him his life and the man who had the real support,i.e.Zia, was reinstated as the army chief by the troops.
This was the historical "Takht ya Takhta"(either throne or the gallows)situation in which every one was on trial by fire and had to survive on his own ability.
There was no room for charity or favouratism.
Zia survived and succeeded because he had the support of the overwhelming majority of the troops and officers of the armed forces as well as his countrymen.
This, in turn, was based on the fact that he was free from any involvement in Mujib's killing as well as on his honesty and ability.
Col.Taher was inciting the jawans of the turbulent army to indiscriminately kill all officers and their family members so that he and his Gonobahini could take over.
If Taher was not stopped, he would have staged a horrible tragedy similar to the one in BDR on 25-26 February 2009,only on a much larger scale.
Zia had to give diplomatic jobs to the coup leaders to disarm the tank and gun holding Majors and Captains so that large scale fightings, massacres and bloodsheds could be avoided.
It is to Zia's credit that he dismissed all those officers from their diplomatic posts in 1980.
In 1982,BAL-bondhu Ershad reinstated all those officers with full arrear pay and allowances and ante-dated seniority.
It again goes to the credit of another Zia,this time his widow Khaleda, who took the initiative in 1995 to dismiss Maj.Dalim from his post of High Commissioner to Kenya.
All these facts are always suppressed by BAL supporters only bacause these are inconvenient to BAL.
Ziaur Rahman is dead and is far beoynd the reach of any praise or criticism.
We who are still alive, owe it to our consciece to record the history correctly and defend the honour of an honourable man who can no longer defend himself

Mr. Hasan's comments on Ziaur Rahman deserve appreciation. Unlike Mujib, Ziaur Rahman initiated a good beginning. But ironically his BNP, like BAL, followed the same path of corruption for their self aggrandisement. Of course, if we r to accept or admit the truth, Hasina Wazed (she can't claim to b a 'Sheikh' bec she ceased to b a member of the Sheikh Mujib's family after being married to Wazed Mia who was not a 'Sheikh')was the 1st
to introduce mass corruption & all types of vices in the country. Later on Khaleda & the BNP just followed the 'guru' to be the champion of malpractices. In short, the BAL/Hasina & the BNP/Khaleda are equally destructive for the nation. If there is any difference, that is microscopic & Hasina/BAL is the worse. Now it completely depends on the people whether they will discard both of them or opt for their slavery.
Sin of Zia transmit not only in his family but also in his party, leaders, supporters as well. Maximum leaders are corrupted criminals, fraud, liar etc. If we think about any leaders of BNP then we can see a bio data of corruption, chada bagi etc. Suppose Mr Delowar then we can see his food chori from Parliament canteen and a big list of corruption or think about Gomir Uddin Sarker then we also see how he stole money as medical expense or grass cutting or purchasing furniture or gardening expense as well as employment in the parliament management office. So just pick one leader's name then find a nice choori chamari history behind his name. Even see late Saifur Rahman who never pay tax and makes black money white as well as alot 200 plot in his sons name. If look at Khandoker Mosaraf then find koti pound deposit in the Bank of England as well as corruption history in side the country. Aman Ullah Aman owner of 100 apartments in Dhaka city. Just think about name of any leader then can see what a nice bio data. These are the sin of Zia. This man start sin by killing Col Taher who save his life. How it is possible. If we see in the history of world then we can't find any more example like this. A man saves another man's life then but that man killed the man who save his life. Actually I never find such kind of thing in the man kind history. In the time of barbarian or in time of ail ley jalihat there are no such example. We can't find it against Hitler, Musalin or any Jewish peoples. In the history of man kind Zia creat such example by killing Col Taher. After that by using DGFI how Zia killed 2000 thousand army officers such example no body can't give from human history. Without any war such type of killing army officer to protect his power, no such example in human history. In the history of man kind there are no such example to restablish enemy of independence in politics and govt which Zia created. So this Zia creat some thing in the world history first time.

National Revolution and Solidarity Day –

November 07, 2009 - 12:01
The successful revolution of 15th August 1975 will remain as a milestone in the history of the people's struggle for the democracy and emancipation. It will ever glow as a beacon for the people to inspire them to fight and struggle against any kind of fascist dictatorship.
The August revolution ended the black chapter of AWAMI-BKSALITES rule and herald a new horizon in the political history of Bangladesh.
The spirit of nationalism and the democratic polity that ushered with the historic political change of 15th August 1975, still flows with ever increasing vigor and vitally in every sphere of our national life by shattering all conspiracies of the anti national elements. The spirit of popular August revolution shall remain as a source of inspiration to the present and future generations to fight the 'Novo Mirzafars' and safeguard the national independence and sovereignty for all time to come.
In view of this truth; is it justified to give recognition to 7th November alone as 'National Revolution and Solidarity Day' by neglecting 15th August? Aren't these two historic epoch making successful revolutions can be the claimants of equal right of recognition? The responsibility at the end of the judgment is being left with the conscience of beloved fellow countrymen.

Thinking about the Day of Deliverance of the Nationalists
Unity
There is feeling and talk everywhere among the Muslim Nationalists of Bangladesh since they fell down into the dangerous ditch in January 2009 following the heavily engineered election of December 2008. The talking was usefully needed to find ways and means to come out of the vicious syndrome or to have another historic Day of Deliverance for the nation and the country and the people had one on the 15th August 1975. Have all the talking during the last ten months found any right solution? Is that the major opposition party has so far had any likely way out? Can they alone unite the mass for the change? Do they have any **c wand? The answer is both no and yes.
Can we not talk about a possible way out? I said both no and yes for the BNP- why let me go a bit in depth.
15th August 1975 and BNP
Shall I be harsh to state that minus the 15th August 1975, BNP must be nothing but a big zero? Because, minus the very brief but decisively historic incident or successful coup dâ âetat of the 15th August 1975, there would have been no 7th November, much less the BNPâs birth three years latter. I may like to elaborate and explain my harsh words below.
1971 Fall Out
The 1971 war ended in official victory for Bangladesh. I say it was official, as we all knew in the way. The harsher truth was that the victory was snatched by Delhi. The do**ents for the snatch were, first, the surrender do**ent of the 16th December undertaken by Pakistan Eastern Command Chief Lt General Niazi to Indian Eastern Theatre commander General Arora; second, the absentee leader during war Sheikh Mujib signed the treaty do**ent called euphemistically as âFriendshipâ but in reality of subservience (Articles 8, 9 and 10) to India for 25 years on the 19th March 1972. Then followed many policies in action of subservience to Delhi beginning from the Constitutional four principles (Bengali Nationalism, Democracy, Secularism and Socialism) to the Education Commission Report for secular curriculum meaning no religious learning for the 85% people of Islamic faith, national development planning made supplementary and complementary to India, foreign policy as appendage to Delhi and subject to Delhiâs concurrence and prior approval under strict surveillance of the Indian cunning bureaucrats and Intelligence bosses of the R&AW like D.P. Dhar, PN Hasker, General Oban etc. directly controlled from Delhi by the Indian PM Indira Gandhi.
In internal matters the party in power was not only grossly inefficient but also corrupt to the backbone that made the otherwise better off country to Bottomless Basket case. The corruptions were so rampant that the leader at one point stated in open that other countries have got gold mines but he had only CHORER KHONI or mines of thieves and thieves all around him. In fact, the party operatives treated the country as the land for their unhindered plunder of national properties and wealth. Apart from price spiral of essential goods day in and day out due mainly to open trade and rampant smuggling along the almost unguarded 4,200 KM border as token of âfriendshipâ between India and Bangladesh, a man made famine (Amartya Sen) took lives in 1974, government figure was 27,000 dead of hunger but the figure counted by private groups went well over several lakhs as against plundering of national properties by the party leaders and cadres.
People naturally had sufferings but hardly had any scope to protest in open, much less resist, against annihilation, brutal oppression and killing with impunity of thousands of dissenting voices by killer force, but known euphemistically as the Rakhsi Bahini, an unconstitutional Para-military force directly planned and controlled by the Indian central Intelligence R&AW lords.
Mockery of Democracy
Although the country initially had multi-party parliament, that was made a mockery by one-man rule. The facade of multi-party democracy was finally abandoned in January 1975 for one party dictatorial rule and the leader Mujib turned himself formally into an absolute and unenlightened dictator of the lone party BAKSAL. Thus the freedom loving people were bonded heavily and their lawful voices choked that they had no way out.
Day of Deliverance
The 15th August came as the Day of Deliverance for the freedom loving people who struggled for long for freedom, because, the BAKSAL dictatorship was toppled by the post coup Government of President Khondoker Moustaque Ahmad, a Muslim Nationalist Awami Leaguer in midst of popular jubilation for Najat (Deliverance) of the people.
Well, he had a brief stay but lifted the nation in many respect from debris of Mujibâs autocratic rule including permitting freedom of press and releasing many newspapers Mujib had proscribed to choke the voices of protest.
The pro-Indian elements however tried to come back. They had a brief control between the 2nd November to the 6th November1975 led by Brigadier Khaled Mosharraf, but failed on the 7th November through a mass uprising of the army foot soldiers joined with the popular support redisplayed again on this day as they did on the 15th August 1975.
7th November 1975
The 7th November was crucial in the sense that on this day the army and the people joined in popular uprising to put Major General Ziaur Rahman to virtual State power as the Army Chief. The consolidation of the power internally due to popular support internally and externally made things easier to float the BNP in 1978. Through passing the 5th Amendment of the Constitution in the duly elected Parliament in April 1979 the country got back the multi-party democracy in over a lapse period in between from 1975 of four years. Be all these realities of facts, how could any sensible person think of the BNP alone in isolation of the 15th August 1975 victorious coup dâ âetat make the Solidarity Day of the upcoming 7th November a success?
The unity needed in now in late 2009 thus has to take inspiration from the 15th August not only for that great event restored the open avenue for multi-party democracy but also for the long tradition of the distinct Muslim nationhood alive but disturbed by alien forces time and again in this land. That is how the achievable rock solid unity can take to task the Achilles Hill in front of the nation at this point of time. Otherwise, there is little hope to have success for the nationalists and Muslims notwithstanding the majority aspirations. BNP has to give a serious thought about the issue raised here before they can look for success of the 7th November Revolutionary and Solidarity Day this year in 2009 if they really mean business to overpower both internally and externally the Achilles Hill confronting dangerously the nation and the country at this very critical time for dignity and honorable survival.
Anwar Hozaâs Re-incarnation!
All nationalist elements and parties and so also patriotic Muslims must unite to join hands together for the impending danger of being totally suppressed and subjugated by a new element in Bangladesh of the Muslim family born type Anwar Hoxa of the mid twentieth century Muslim Albania romanticized by him in leading the Muslim 90% people to get lost of their dear faith after the Second World War, if not one of the Fidel Castro model of Cuba.

As a old "GAY" man I do agree with you. I lost my army job in the year 1975 just because of homosexuality when Shafiullah was army chief.

Shekh Mojib was a great & valiant political leader & he is the ideal to some over energetic BAL cadre & leaving their fabricated comments here. It is our humble request to them please goes through national & international peoples & Medias reaction after Mojib massacred in 1975. If they might have little sense, hope they will correct their foolishness. On the other hand if they are like Khamba Marka A.H from Kuwait will remain as General Shafiullah marka Kapurush (Timid fellow.) for good. We hope this is the best medicine to make human of some Mojib lover. In the field the reaction all ready started among some Mojib lovers & they are started comments in BAL style.

At present which political power is in power ? Is it BAL or BAKSHAL? If it is BAKSHAL then we have no comments.

In 1974 millions of people died for food, millions of innocent poeople killed by hayena rakkhi bahini, even nobody could protest, more ever SK Mujib told "Ek nata Ek desh, where is leader Siraj Sikdar?" Sk mujib declared himself King of bongobodhu desh. Its Zia ur Rahman who restarted multiparty democracy, ensured food for everybody (nobody died for food), revolation in agriculture, industries, garments export, manpower .... Zia founded new Bangladesh. Awami lig can do politics now , Hasina become PM , its becoz of zia.

I am pasting just a part from November , 6 WEEKLY HOLIDAY
FLUID STATE EXACERBATES FURTHER
Is nation heading towards civil war? M. Shahidul Islam
AK-47, Akhi, Torab Ali
Amidst such a state of affairs of the nation and its armed forces, illegal arms and ammunition of huge quantity are pouring into the country through over 4,000 km long porous border with India. On November 2, police arrested Taslima Khanam Akhi, secretary of Kushtia town Mahila Awami League (AL), with an AK-47 assault rifle and 82 rounds of ammo while she entered Bangladesh from India.
AL's Kushtia city branch secretary, Amirul Islam, told bdnews24.com that Akhi is a former commissioner of Kushtia municipality's Ward No 8. The following day, police recovered 17 firearms and arrested two more arms traders from Arabpur bus stand in Jhenidah, who too are learnt to be associated with AL politics.
One wonders why so many AL activists are arming themselves to the hilt and why the government did not recover as yet the huge cache of arms that one of the accused of the BDR massacre, local AL leader Subedar (retd) Torab Ali, had openly distributed from BDR armouries to various AL cadres immediately after the mutiny stopped at Peelkhana in the wee hours of February 26.

This is really a bal paper, always pours oil in Khaleda's godha. Everyone knows how much Khaleda's godha is exposed to public, not Hasina's one. Hasina is not birangona like Khaleda. Khaleda was raped by Pakistani army...Zia didnt want to accept Khaleda for this but Sk Mujib requested him to accept Khaleda..I am really surprised how still Khaleda wears pink shari..uses pink lipstick...and many more. So people know who is more outgoing...Khaleda or Hasina? Hasian never puts pink shari to attract Falu or Malu at this elderly age.
Nation feels you more than ever. We don't forgot you the great leader.

How will 15 August /1975 be a National Day?It can be called as mourning day only.Because there was no participation in people rather it was done by a part of a army amd a part of AL at mid night. But 7 November,we had seen what a huge number of people and general army(Sipahi) were campaigned towards Cantonment to rescue Shahid Zia in day light.Whereas AL is celebrating this day to get political gain as âMuktizowdha Nidan Dibashâ at first time after a long duration. And from today we all will celebrate 15 August/1975 as a âRehai Dibashâ. Salar Desh!ShameâĻ.
National day is called that day in which day should be celebrated by whole nation themselves like 26 March,16 December 21 February etc,not that day where it is only celebrated during Partyâs Governmentâs period. As for example 7 November was celebrated once a time till 1996 by BNP period..But after 1996 it was turned off by AL,they also added 15 August would be the National Day and holiday too.And after 2001 BNP banned the 15 August ordinance and started again 7 Novemberâs contents. So we can say those days are only the Partyâs own programme as a whole and those days will be changed consecutively. So 15 August is not National Day ,it should be called as Mezban Day.
