we have lots of people without service.so we should reduce the service age ,so that more people can servive.service age must start up to 35years and end service at 57years.

There may not have any limit on starting age but must retire at 57 years.

on basis of what ...weak social system and economy system push us to hold our job for the betterment our family and life ...we have to think when i will give ritiredment and what would be the philosophy behind this law... we have to think where people want rest and relaxation but now we want to work more this is good but if it is for their child and support their family in age of 60 years-that is diffe** problem;where we have late marrige late birth of child and if a person have children in the age of 37 yers ,when he will retired the child age will be 57-37=20 years..in our society in age of 20 years a boy or girl can not support his family and look after his parents..weather in during khilafah(islamic social and political system)they build a boy matured in 17 years and give him a sound social and iconomic system where he can not only support his father and mother but also he can marry and adopt a family..which is impossible in our capitalist(present in our society)system..so it is related to one another and deeply ruted in social and political system..because a political system can only apply this concept and build its cittizen according to its thought..may allah help us to get rid of bad system.....
